Re-activating doctors that have been made inactive

A doctor, or service provider has left the practice only to return some time later and you need to reactivate their profile in again. How is this done in practiX in the most effective way?

Ø       Select Administration > System Configuration > Organisation > Users and Providers

Important Note:  Prior to searching for the service provider, select the option to include inactive users in the list

Ø       Select the user required from the list, removing the ticked option for inactive

Ø       Update other information as applicable including the Legal Entity information and date range

Ø       Save

Important Note:  As a usual process in practiX it is advisable that once a user / provider have been reactivated, close practiX and restart to have these changes take effect.

Ø       Set up Roster, Schedule view and Schedules for Provider as usual.
